In peaceful grounds and countryside, Tredethy House is a relaxed and elegant English country house built in the Tudor period. At weekends, the Tratorria serves simple but delicious Italian food using seasonal and organic ingredients. An organic continental buffet is served for breakfast and includes Italian ham and fresh, local bread. The country house is in an area of outstanding beauty and a 15-mile drive from the Eden Project. Lanhydrock House and Gardens are about 5 miles away. Tredethy House was the home of Prince Chula of Thailand until the late 60s. Today, it offers spacious en suite bedrooms, many with views of the gardens and woods. The 7 acres of grounds at Tredethy Country House host beautiful, colourful plants, trees and flowers all through spring summer and autumn<br/>
Zur Zeit der Tudor Familie erbaut und in späteren Jahren erweitert wurde dieses durch schlichte Eleganz überzeugende englische Landhaus. Das Tredethy Country Hotel war Sitz vieler britischer Familien und bis in die späten 60er Jahre residierte hier der thailändische Prinz Chula. In wunderschöner Umgebung ist hier heute ein einzigartiges Urlaubsdomizil entstanden. Genießen Sie Privatsphäre und die ländliche Ruhe, ganz gleich zu welcher Jahreszeit. Die Nord- wie auch die Südküste sind schnell erreichbar, ebenso wie der botanische Garten Eden Project und historische Gebäude und Gärten. Auch auf dem rund 3 ha großen Gebiet um Tredethy befinden sich sehr alte Bäume und Pflanzen. Im März blühen hier hunderte Narzissen und im April kommt eine atemberaubende Anzahl an Glockenblumen ans Tageslicht. Später blühen Wildknoblauch sowie blaue und rote Wiesenblumen<br/>
